Amanda Cestaro is a Brazilian designer and illustrator based in São Paulo, Brazil. For over a decade, she has been creating visual narratives through books, illustration and graphic design, collaborating with publishers, cultural institutions, brands and independent clients internationally. Her work explores the intersection of design and storytelling, often blending illustration, typography, collage, photography to create distinctive and engaging visual experiences. Deeply inspired by literature, culture and the visual arts, Amanda moves between editorial projects, visual identities, packaging, illustration and commissioned artwork, adapting her approach to different audiences and contexts while maintaining a strong authorial voice. She holds a Master's degree in Communication Design from Politecnico di Milano and has also studied at Parsons School of Design in New York and at the Beaux-Arts in Paris. Working internationally, she communicates fluently in Portuguese, English, French and Italian. Her work has been described as bold, playful, original and colorful, combining conceptual thinking with a careful attention to craft, detail and narrative.
